What the official page says

Passengers may bring 1 carry-on bag and 1 personal item, total 2 items. Carry-on bag: three sides sum within 115 cm (55 cm x 40 cm x 25 cm or less, including wheels and handles) for aircraft with 100+ seats; total weight of carry-on and personal item combined within 10 kg. Personal item: within 40 cm x 30 cm x 20 cm (effective 2026-07-01), must fit under the seat in front of you.
